Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
