Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Foods serves customers across Austin with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
