Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Keystone Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
