Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Foods produces packaged foods at its Jacksonville plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
