Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
