Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Basin Civic Services supports public agencies in Minneapolis with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
