Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Forge Foods produces packaged foods at its Salt Lake City plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 286 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
