Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fox Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
