Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Maple Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
