Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Ember Pharma develops and makes medicines in Wichita, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
