Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Basin Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
