Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in Albuquerque with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
