Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Boston working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
