Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
