Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 763 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
