Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Detroit area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
