Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cross Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
