Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Portland area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
