Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Birch Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Dallas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
