Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Wren Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
