Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Linden Health Group is a healthcare provider in Raleigh with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
