Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Fern Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
