Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
