Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Yarrow Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
