Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Nest Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
