Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bridge Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
