Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood West Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
