Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Rook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
