Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Oak Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
