Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Rook Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Houston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
