Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Rowan Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
