Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
