Greenridge Ember Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
