Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak West Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tulsa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
