Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
