Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group is an energy provider in San Diego focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
