Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Des Moines area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
