Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Houston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
