Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Quill Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Savannah. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
