Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
