Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Amber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
