Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Pine Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
