Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
