Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Indianapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
