Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Amber Medical Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
