Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge Haven Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
