Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Birmingham producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
