Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight North Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
