Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Amber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
