Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Iron Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
